NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
North Carolina, Wilkes County, Town of Wilkesboro
This is to notify all persons that an application has been received from Selena Hopkins, Logger Shop & Construction Equipment, Inc., to request the Town Council of the Town of Wilkesboro to rezone a portion of a 13.38 acre parcel, located on W. US Hwy 421 (Parcel 10 1506476} from its existing R20-Suburban Residential to B2·General Business. A Public Hearing has been set for Monday, April 7th, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at Wilkesboro Town Hall, located at 203 West Main Street. All persons for or against said rezoning request are hereby notified to appear and they be heard.
